When an offer is being contemplated by our client, we confirm with you
that all of your questions regarding the company, position and hiring
manager have been addressed. If any additional information is required
for you prior to entertaining an offer, we will either obtain the
information, or see that you meet, or speak with appropriate client
personnel to get the answers you need to make an informed decision.
Offer Guidance We provide guidance to our client to help formulate an offer that meets or exceeds your expectations.
On-Board Assistance We provide you with assistance in setting a start date and diplomatically informing your employer of your departure. We also are available to advise you in pre-start, or post-start relocation, working with our contacts in the realty arena. We can also help introduce you to our other candidates we have placed within your new company.
